DIY Crane v2
Upgraded version of the DIY Camera crane built for V48 hours Changes ... Added a controllable head with 'lazy susan' system allowing for camera rotation. Attached a control rod to allow tilt control and the ability to keep the camera level. Cut the main pipe so it could be disasembled. Replaced the wooden pivot with a metal one. Added a secure way to add counterweights. Uses standard exercise weights for counter balance (about 20Kg). Ground and painted the main pipe to prevent rust Control bar is 2.4m long. Other sections are around 2.1m Total vertical movement at the camera mount is 3.8m

Cinemas of NZ
Website developed for a project by Geoff Lealand researching a directory of independent New Zealand cinemas. Set up site, edited wordpress template, designed header graphics and icon. Developed a MySQL database and content management system to allow for easy adding and editing cinema details including location information for a Google Map overlay.

Mediarena Painting
Painting by Grant attempting to include the range of media and creative work associated with Mediarena. Painted using acrylic on board you have to look closely to see the variety of media shown. Look for the audience, scriptwriting, the word 'perform', a kete, a dancer and a paintbrush plus many other items.

Grant set up this wordpress based website to collect comments on a TV series about the History of TV in New Zealand. Grant edited the banner image and modified the stylesheets to suit. The Listener magazine included the URL under a heading 'Website We Love'.

The disk labels and manual for the programme were printed using MultiScribe on a dot matrix printer.
